Sharing personal information

We share your personal information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. for example:

  • We use iHomefinder to power our IDX and deliver updated property listing announcements to you. This enables you to be able to browse property listings from various MLSs on our website, and, if you opt in, receive updates about new and existing listings.   • We use MailChimp to deliver helpful emails to our subscribers who opt into our newsletter. We do not purchase email lists and only deliver communications to people who voluntarily sign up to be on our email lists.   • We use Google to deliver tailored advertising to our email subscribers using Google’s Customer Match system. This means that, if you sign up for our email list, there is a possibility that you may see a Z/Real Estate ad on the Google Advertising Network.   • Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with deny listed IP addresses. this denylist persists for a small number of days.
